great stay but needs some improvements
The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, offering a variety that pleased my family. The front desk staff truly stood out, always greeting us with a smile and assisting us with our needs. The room layout in the King Studio Suite provided ample space for my family to relax together.
However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired.

Unique suite accommodation with living space, High-quality kitchen amenities, On-site fitness center
Inconsistent housekeeping services!!! The mandatory valet parking at $35 per day was not made clear!!! It would help to improve the communication regarding amenities and basic room features to enhance guest satisfaction!!!

Spacious room, very clean upon arrival. Staff friendly and eager to help with local dining suggestions. The pool offered a fun escape for my kids, who loved it. Conveniently located, making it easy to explore Charleston on foot. However, no water provided in the room, which was a letdown during the hot days. The bathroom products did not meet expectations. I recommend bringing your own. The mattress felt worn out and could definitely use a replacement. I appreciated the parking insight from previous reviews, opting for street parking over valet, which saved some money. Overall, a nice stay but a few tweaks would enhance the experience.

Highly recommend for family with children
I stayed in one of those king suites , and it was spacious enough for everyone. The breakfast spread was excellent , lots of variety including local dishes that tasted great.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable.

Oh, the local eats around here are simply divine! Not to mention the cozy charm of Callie's Hot Little Biscuit for breakfast, where the biscuits are downright magic. Plus, the breakfast spread at the hotel was a solid deal. tons of tasty options to fuel your adventures!
Now, not everything was peachy. The heat in our room didn’t quite get the memo to work right, which made for some chilly nights. Plus, just one washcloth for our stay? Come on!
